Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Ankle

I have had some swelling in my knuckles, morning stiffness in my feet, one mouth ulcer a few weeks ago and now seem to have a nose ulcer. I have a rash on my chest, dont know if its acne coz there was pus and blood oozing out this morning after a hot shower. Are these symtpoms of lupus?
