Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Calf Muscles After Injury

Yesterday I got kicked in the upper inside of my calf playing football, I played on for the remaining 40 minutes but once the game finished it became very painfull, It is swollen and I am now limping around the house. What is the injury and what can I do? Thanks.
