Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Cheek

I am a caregiver for a lady who woke up with swelling under her left eye andupper cheek bone area. She gets this every couple weeks. She also has numbing on the same side of her tongue. What do you suggest? She has been to the eye doctor already. And...she also has a small red bump abover her left eyebrow
