Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Eye

I have had a swollen eye area which has gone down into my cheek for almost a week. About 5 days ago I started to develop little sores, which are now scabs under my eyelid. My cheek and eye area are warm to the touch and it s painful as well. I already saw a dermatologist and I ve been on an antibiotic for 3 days, but no change. What would you suggest I do next?
