Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Eyes

Hi I have the white of my right eye swollen over my iris but no pain and only the bottom whote of my eye. It was bothering me then I rubbed a little hard slept for and hour now it s like this. Do I need to go to a Dr, or could I please just put ice on it?

white of your eye is not over iris. cornea is above iris. white of your eye is conjunctiva. it can be swollen with infection or allergy apply neosporine eye ointment, and take levocetrizine tablet 5mg daily.
