Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Feet And Ankle

swelling in both feet and ankle also now having tingling and numbness in left hand including tips of fingers. my feet also hurt when sitting or walking.I am also taking water pill to help with welling.when at sleep at night swelling goes down but feet still hurt and when up they to start swelling up all over againg. thank you. please help.
