Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Foot After Injury

Hi! I slipped on ice 2-3wks ago on my steps and my foot bent backwards under me as I fell on it.... it was very swollen and painful for a few days but I never had it looked at. Now, I still have pain, on inside of foot, very painful, it aches when I walk, put pressure on it or even at rest now. Could I have a fracture?
