Yes hello,my son is 23 and he broke his foot well on that foot about a yr later its all swelled bad and naw clear looking puss is dealing out of it at this one little sport were he got a bug byte so he itched it,well thats were its pussing the most,but not green or abything like that,

He should go to the ER and get a physical examination. It sounds like an infection and it may require antibiotics or surgical debridement.
