Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Jaw

the gland under my right jaw hurts now for about a year it does not appear swollen but sometimes slightly enlarged than it goes down i currently have a tmj slight problem that seems to be getting better after 5 months i had a cat scan of right neck that appears normal but i still get right gland and ear pain no one has been able to get to bottom of this buy the way dentist results are normal any suggestions or what type doctor deals with this problem bill
