Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Knee

Hey I have water in my knee. I fell off my bicycle about 2 months ago and it still have been swollen and hurts if I kneel on it on press on it. But it's numb when I touch it with my fingers.What should I do ? I've been icing it and elevating it but it still won't go down .
