Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Labia Majora

I have swelling l. labia minora during the second day of my menstrual cycle at the 2 o'clock position. There is no drainage, fluctulence or heat. There is a small amount of induration. It is very painful. About a week ago I also had labia minora swelling at the 4 o'clock position on the r. labia minora again with no drainage or fluctulence and pain and I was on abx-Augmentin for 3 days for a URI. The swelling resolved but has returned. There is no fever. I am in a monogamous relationship for the past 10 years and do not shave in that area and I have not engaged in coitus for the past month. Please help me.
