Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Labia

175 lbs i had an accident about three years ago that caused my labia to swell and they never went back to regular size and every since then whenever i have sex my labia swell and sometimes for a couple of days and is very painfull is thre anything i can do to fix it so it will go back to its regular size
