Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Penis
This morning when I went to take shower I noticed the foreskin of my penis looked swollen. Earlier in the morning my wife had masterbated me. How do i let the swelling go down? There s no pain at all but it is hard to move the skin back when I have to go the reSt room it is hard to pull back the skin.

Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, let me advise you that, if it's difficult to pull the skin back as usual, you do need to see a doctor urgently.
The main reason being, the swelling may keep increasing, and then you may need an urgent surgery, to relieve the swelling.
In the early stages a doctor may be able to pull it back as usual, and thereafter, you must ensure that, this doesn't recur.
Maintain good penile hygiene. Wish you well.
