Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Shoulder

I ve started to have joint problems, pain in my left shoulder, feels like the onset of frozen shoulder, swollen knee, feels like a build up of fluid, OK all the time I keep it straight, but after sitting down for long periods of time feels very sore. I also have a stiff index finger???
