Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Testicle

I have swelling and pain to the right testicle, possibly a hernia, as well as painful bloating of the stomach, with a constant hot pain to the midsection mostly at night. I am lethargic throughout the day, lips turn purple sometimes and have a history of fatty liver.

Noted your complex history of swelling and pain in the right testicle, possible hernia, painful bloating of stomach, hot pain in mid-section, lethargy, purple lips and fatty liver.
You need a hospitalization as then only a proper repeated clinical evaluation, examination, investigations and consultation of General Surgeon and other specialists can help you to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
You need and ultrasonography and color doppler of the scrotum as of the abdomen must have been done as you know that there is fatty live, tests of blood, urine and stool.
