My throat (internally only) has been irritated, hurts, and makes swallowing even saliva difficult. Separately, (but related?) I have had a reoccurring rash, of small red spots on my body, mostly abdomen, but arms and upper leg occasionally. These come and go, but have been noticeable for several months. I am a gay male, and wondering if this could be a possible STD, and whether the symptoms are related?
For swollen and painful throat you can take some antibiotic like azithromycin or cefixime after an expert opinion along with diominic-dca or no-cold for swelling and congestion. You can take syrup ambrodil-s or syrup respital-p for soothing of your throat. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation to reduce the congestion and swelling of your throat.
