Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Toe

Hi,

My girlfriend has cut the bottom of her toe. The cut is on a painful spot being the inside of the knuckle on her third toe. The toe and foot is now becoming a little swollen but there's no redness around it or streaking up the leg so I don't think it's infected but she's now complaining about her calf muscle being quite swore to touch. I'm not sure if I should be worried? Should we go
to a hospital In the morning?
