Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Purple Color Toe

My toes sometimes turn a purplish color but recently my 2nd and 4th toe have swelled, turned more red and have a very small redish bullseye on the bottom pad of the toe. Any thing I can do? The swelling has gone done. They are a little painful when pressed on.
