Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Red Eyes

Hi,I gave a blow to my eyes while moving my hands.Now my eyes are red,swollen,inflammable and feeling roughness as if a particle is there while moving my eye ball.I am giving ice since last night but there is a little impovement..What should I do now?Thanks in advance for suggestions..

it has given rise to sub conjuctival hematoma. apply cold compression. no treatment is required since it is self limiting,,
