Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Reddish Bicep

I have a area on my bicep that is red and raised...It does not itch, but looks like it would!! I have gotten these in the same areas of my arms for a few years now...All I do for it, is put antifungal foot gel on it and then wash my hands. I dont know if that works because they take forever to go away...Just start disappearing slowly?
