Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Stiff Joints And Abdominal Pain

I have had this vague feeling of sick for a couple weeks now. I feel nauseous all the time with intermittent periods of ABD pain. I also feel like most of my joints are swollen and stiff. I have had a constant headache for days and my neck is very stiff. I did recently travel to a higher altitude but some symptoms started before leaving and nothing has gotten better by being at home.

1. Irritable bowel syndrome
2. Non-specific mesenteric adenitis
3. Chronic fatigue syndrome.
