Suggest Treatment For Swollen Ankle

i slipped and fell and hurt my ankle. It hurts to strech it out, its swollen and hurts all up the front of my let. it hurts to raise my leg to and its sore when i walk on it. I havent been to the doctor yet because I thought it might be a sprang. Now I am not sure!
