Suggest Treatment For Swollen Ankles In A Person With Autoimmune Disorders

I have arthritis, lichen planus and psoriasis - all autoimmune disorders. This summer my ankles are swelling and I am having discomfort with my eyes. I am eating gluten free and sugar free. Any other suggestions to help with the swelling. I also am drinking lots of water and green tea.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, hystory of anlkle swelling may not be due to your autoimmune disease like psoriasis, lichen, but this could be due to age, (Arthritis changes ) or low hemglobin, renal disease need to be ruled out too, till then better to keep the leg in elevated position, you have not mentioned your age and gender else something more specific could have been thought, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
