Suggest Treatment For Swollen Ankles While Having Asthma

60 yr old male on my feet all day, I have swollen ankles. history of asthma.i outgrew it at 14 urs old. Returned at 37 years old. Taking Advair 50/500 daily. Doctor added in Sprevia 1.5 years ago and taking it once a day. It has opened my lungs up for better breathing. checkup every 6 months. Last one a month ago. He always checks my ankles but never tells my why. My ankles just started doing this . Drug interaction?. I went off Spreva On Friday because I was getting more coughing (which spreva does to me about 2 hrs after taking it) and not clearing. The weekend was much more calm, no ankle problem for the past 3 days. Now suddenly this.

Hi,

Sometimes Chronic Asthma may also cause ankle swelling that is why your physician use to checkup your ankle.

I suggest you to do some mild exercise to reduce the swelling and breathing exercise for asthma.

There is no mentioned side effects with your drug.

I suggest you to take your drugs regularly with exercises this will settle down your symptoms if symptoms persist consult your physician for further treatment.
