Suggest Treatment For Swollen Arm Due To Improper Drug Ingestion

I was shooting up meth and I think I hit an artery instead of a vein as I registered blood. After the shot my arm has swollen greatly and looks really red and bruised. I have numbness and tingling and I can see all my veins really clearly. What should I do? Can I just wait this out and will it go away

No, it's a bad sign. Let's start with the best case scenario:
there was a really bad bruise from a vein that burst. Still, there's a significant blood loss and the anemia from it could even strain the heart.
Then, infection, while easily curable and not necessarily requiring hospitalization DOES need antibiotics or the arm is likely to be lost (or worse).
THen, arterial damage can cause continuing bleeding and loss of blood flow to the limb and it could die off from lack of good blood flow.
All are fixable with a fairly brief hospitalization at worst and only an ER visit at best.
