Suggest Treatment For Swollen Cheek, Tongue And Throat

My boyfriend has one swollen cheek on the left side. And swollen tounge and throat. It hurts so bad he says. And he cannot even open his mouth but about maybe 2cm. Cause his throat and tounge is so swollen.. And this started about two days ago. What do you think it is?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the swollen cheek and tongue could be because of cellulitis that is spread of infection from tooth to tissue spaces...when the puss accumulates in tissue spaces there will be limited mouth opening..consult your oral physician and take a course of antibiotics immediately..after that take radiographs of the affected region and get it treated.. i hope my answer will help you..take care..
