Suggest Treatment For Swollen Chest After Horse Bite

Hello. My boyfriend got bit my his horse on his left nipple area about a month ago. His left boob got very swollen and now has turned into a large hard ball that doesn t seem to get any better? Could it be something serious or do you think it s just something that will take time to disappear? .

Hi,
It seems that there might be having formation of hematoma on the site of injury.
There are all chances of having fractures of one or more ribs.
Go for x-ray chest to rule out fracture.
Apply ice pack on the part for few days.
Ok and take care.
