Suggest Treatment For Swollen Eye And Cheek Bone After Injury

Fell onto a wooden bed frame over 2 wks ago - hitting my upper cheek since black eye and swelling went down my face is still slightly swollen with a slight knot where I hit the hardest over the upper cheek bone area/ under eye area. I have pressure and sometimes more than discomfort on the right side of my face and my top right teeth hurt most of the day.
