Suggest Treatment For Swollen Eye With Burning Sensation

hi last year i was out on the boat and had my prescription glasses on and was out in the sun for a very long time and now i have tightnesss and a hard time seeing to drive. my dr said it may be dry eye, but i am seeing 20/20 as long as im not inthe sun also the next morning my eyes were swollen shut and burned. i have been putting over the counter eye drops in but to no avail.
