My feet are so swollen its hard to stand and walk.. hey have a purplish blue color to them and when u press on the skin i goes white all the way up to my knees on both feet. Plus I have the pregnancy induced carpal tunnel in both my hands. So I am barely getting sleep. Been getting dizzy spells lately and headaches. I have been doing everything not eating salty stuff I just don't know should I go to the hospital?

Hi, I think I have understood your concern.

As you said that your blood pressure is normal, swelling on your feet can be due to inadequate protein intake or just because of pregnancy.

Please get serum protein test done.
Include protein intake in diet. Pulses. Mil and milk products and eggs and fish are good sources of protein.

I will also suggest to do ankle joint movements at regular intervals. Avoid prolonged period of standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks
