Suggest Treatment For Swollen Feet

I have flat-footedness and after walking on Wednesday (and ending up in a lot of pain as is usual) my feet have swelled quite a bit - this is the first time this has happened. I am unable to walk to a bus to get to a doctor, so is there any advice that you could give me?
