Suggest Treatment For Swollen Feet

Hi, I just got back from playa del carmen n cancun... I thought i got a burn all over my legs(and it was pretty red and I'm from california so I have had burns before) but my feet are very swollen. One of my ankles actually is as swollen as my ankle and they are also tender. Do you think this is a sunburn or something else?
