Suggest Treatment For Swollen Finger After Bee Sting

My 9 year old daughter was stung by a bee on her little finger and the finger is now fully swollen. We have used antihistamine oral and local cream, ice and calamine lotion. I am most concerned about the swelling which has remained local but the tip of her little finger is slowly going a little purple and I am concerned about the circulation in her little finger.
