Suggest Treatment For Swollen Fingers And Wrist Pain

broke my wrist/arm and had the plaster removed 9 days ago. All around the wrist and hand area the skin 'creeps' when touched (its like a nerve thing). Also my fingers are still swollen and very tight. I appreciate that the hand and arm will be still but this feels different from stiff and I am worried. Many thanks for your time. renu (in U.K.)
