Suggest Treatment For Swollen Foot And Leg

I have a swollen right foot and leg. No fracture, no osteomyelitis, not much pain, just pressure from swelling. Negative bone scan, normal blood work, normal CT scan of abdomen. I have seen orthopedics, internal medicine and rheumatology. I cannot see vascular surgeon until 8-17. Any clue
