Suggest Treatment For Swollen Foot With Painful Bump On It

I fell down my stairs last night and landed on my right foot the wrong way and it popped , now it really hurts and is a little swolled , and there is a strange looking bump on the top of my foot (closer to the ankle) , it hurts all the time , but is worse when pressure is applied. I also cant bend it upwards at all , it just wont do it.
