Suggest Treatment For Swollen Foot

I was jumping up and down yesterday and heard a bunch of bones in my foot crack. But I walked on it all night and this morning I woke up with a swollen foot and it cannot bear any weight. I have to literally hobble around on the other foot. What can I do to make the swelling go down? Also, could it be broken?
