Suggest Treatment For Swollen Gland, Fever And Chills

My 19 year old daughter gets sick with first a swollen gland in her throat followed by a fever, sweating and chills. She tested negative for strep, mono and the flu last time she had it but ended up in the ER borderline sepsis with 103 fever and a throat so swollen she couldn t swallow so was dehydrated. That was in February and now she is sick again with the same symptoms and a 100 fever. Please help what should I do? She has to work tomorrow: (

From the symptoms, it looks like she is suffering from a throat infection and the best thing would be is to meet an ENT doctor as she will need a course of antibiotics.
