Suggest Treatment For Swollen Gland Under Right Ear

hi. My daughter is 6. she has what appears to be a swollen gland just under her rite ear and back a little on her neck. It has been there since she was a baby and her pediatrician told me then not to be concerned that it would go away. It's been 6 yrs and it's still there. No bigger...rolls under my finger and no discoloration. Should I be concerned?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having enlarged post auricular lymph node.
It indicates that there might be having some chronic infection in ear, throat or scalp.
If this type of another group of enlrged lymph nodes are there in neck, sub mandibular region then rule out chance of having primary complex.
Consult pediatrician and get examined.
Ok and take care.
