Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain swelling at the retromolar trigone along with pain in right side of mouth and ear can be due to most probable cause that can be pain originating from wisdom tooth in that area that can be due to inflammation of Pericoronal flap that surrounds the wisdom tooth..
Infection originating from throat or sinus infection can also be a cause..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

As of now you can take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
You should gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine.
Do warm saline gargles..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
