Suggest Treatment For Swollen Hand

I hit my left hand between the wrist and the bottom of the hand on the corner of hard tile. I hit the bottom bone part of my left hand on the pinky side and it's a little swollen and hurts if i touch it. It also hurts to bend my hand back. But if I don't move it at all, it doesn't hurt. I'm 17.
