Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain if you have a blocked salivary gland then the Saliva is resisted from flowing into the mouth due to obstruction and saliva will pool into the gland itself leading to swelling..

Due to excessive stretching or expansion of the gland there is pain and discomfort..
Ibuprofen will relieve pain to some extent but will not resolve it completely..

You need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray or MRI scan will help in diagnosis..

In case if the obstruction is in the duct and is superficial then pushing it towards the duct orifice and removing manually is done..

In case of deep stones surgical removal is advisable..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
