Suggest Treatment For Swollen Knee

My right knee is swollen for 3 days know(since thursday). I went to my doctor on friday she said its fine i just overused it. she recommended elevate it, ice, ace bandage but it hasn't been working. I didn't bump me knee, hit it or fall on it. I do jog 3 miles 4 times a week AND i go to the gym 4 times a week(zumba,hip-hop,and kickboxing classes). I would appreciate if you could help me. if maybe i should go to a different doctor or maybe im just expecting recover to soon. But my knee is still swollen and it hurts(not alot but pain is still there). Thank you
