Suggest Treatment For Swollen Knees After Meniscus Operation

hi im a 41 year old man, my right knee is swollen but not painful, i did have my meniscus trimmed last year and do have arthritis in the knee as well. Also when im asleep i wake up due to my hand(s) going to sleep, dont get this any other time other than in bed but just wondered if they are symptoms of anything else?
