Suggest Treatment For Swollen Labia Caused By Rough Sex

I was having intercourse with my fiancé and he accidentally missed while going fast and it hurt both of us. I noticed a burning feeling and when I looked my labia was extremely swollen. I can barely move without it hurting. What do I do to help the swelling? I have already taken a bath and put cold compressions on it but nothing seems to help.

Hi,
It seems that due to rough sex there might be having injury in your vaginal membrane leading to infection, soreness and induration.
You might require one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine for 3-5 days.
Apply ice pack over the part.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.Keep local hygiene proper.
Avoid sex for few days.
Ok and take care.
