Suggest Treatment For Swollen Labia Minora

The left side of my labia minora has been swollen for a couple of weeks. At first I thought it was due to the friction during sex, because that s when it would occur. Taking a break from sex helped a lot with the swelling&discomfort. But now it s reoccured without having sex. & I don t think it s a b. cyst due to the location. It s upper not lower.
