Suggest Treatment For Swollen Legs In Evening

after office work in the evening my both legs are swallowed and looks like juicy. The ankle & toe area is more or less painfull. The next morning it becomes 80% normal & the whole process is repeated from the evening. my urine, BP & sugar is ok. I am a 40 yrs male with 80 kgs wt. 9 ht. 5'6''. please advise
