Suggest Treatment For Swollen Ligament In Knee

Hi Doc, for quite some time, I have aknee problem, took xtray and shows that my ligament is swollen, I had hot and cold therapy but to no avail, and also the pain usually walk down to the ankle and the ankle is swollen, I am also taking zerodol tabs. can you help me with something for a relief, sometimes the pains are so bad, that I can hardly lift the foot.with thanks.Auvril
