Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lump Near Intergluteal Cleft

I have a swollen lump the lump is small on the inside where the but crack starts but the swelling around it keeps growing yesterday the size of a toonie today the size of a plum it is hard to move around and sit or lay in a certain position what can it possibly be?

I understand your concern.
What lump you are describing appears to be 'pilonidal cyst'.
It can be cured by means of surgical excision.
However, you can first try by conservative means by taking a course of antibiotics and antiinflammatory medications.
If it does not subside or recurrs frequently, it needs to be explored surgically and then removed.
Kindly consult Surgeon for clinical evaluation and management.
