General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The swollen lump aside scrotum between thigh and root of penis indicate sebaceous cyst as there is discharge of pus material. The solution to the sebaceous cyst of scrotum after clinical confirmation is the surgical excision of the lump under local anesthesia. It is best recommended to consult your primary care physician for this issue if any reference to consultant surgeon is required.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
